1 Appeal for Qualification
1.1 Applicants who have objections to the decision on qualification or examination results may apply for appeal.
1.2 The person applying for appeal (hereinafter referred to as the "applicant") shall fill out the "Application Form for Qualification Appeal" and submit a appeal application in writing to the Secretariat of the Board.
1.3 Receiving the appeal application materials, the Secretariat shall arrange the review work based on the appeal content by the applicant.
1.4 The Secretariat shall arrange personnel unrelated to the original qualification review to participate in verification of the appeal.
1.5 For the review of examination results, the Secretariat should hire at least two examiners unrelated to that examination to review the exam results.
1.6 The Secretariat shall provide processing opinions, make a review conclusion, and notify the applicant in writing of the processing results within 30 working days after receiving the appeal application form.
1.7 If the review conclusion is consistent with the original decision, the relevant costs shall be borne by the applicant.
1.8 The personnel involved in the appeal review work shall have the responsibility to keep confidential any non-public information related to the applicant.
1.9 Personnel participating in the appeal review work should maintain objectivity and impartiality. Personnel who have an interest in this appeal review works should avoid.
1.10 The Secretariat shall archive and keep the Application Form for Qualification Appeal, review process and conclusion records.
