On March 20-21, 2025, the first working conference of NANDTB-CN was successfully held in Xi'an. 23 expert representatives from the aerospace field gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions on the optimization and upgrading of the qualification certification system for aerospace non-destructive testing personnel, in order to draw up a blueprint for enhancing the qualification certification capabilities of aerospace non-destructive testing personnel. This conference is organized by Beijing Junyou Chengxin Testing and Certification Co., Ltd., a unit affiliated with the Secretariat of the Certification Department.

During the meeting, the attending experts reviewed the "Guidelines for the Certification of Non destructive Testing Personnel in Aerospace (2025 Edition)" and the design style of the new personnel qualification certificate. They conducted lively discussions on technical issues discovered during the training and examination process, and researched and formulated the technical requirements for the new examination outline. Under the overall deployment of Minister Li Ze and Deputy Minister Lei Yue, the meeting finally determined the construction plan for the subsequent personnel qualification examination question bank, aiming to ensure the scientificity and authority of the examination process by establishing a standardized examination question bank.

Non destructive testing, as an important part of product quality control, has its practitioners as the 'gatekeepers' to ensure quality and safety. Only by continuously improving the abilities of these professional and technical personnel can the quality of aerospace equipment be effectively improved. Therefore, the NANDTB-CN will continue to adhere to a rigorous and standardized work attitude, and strictly control the quality of training and exams. With the continuous improvement of the quality control system of the certification department, strong talent support will be provided for the development of high-end equipment, large passenger aircraft, commercial rockets, and low altitude economy in China, empowering the high-quality development of the aerospace industry.
