1. Qualification Assessment Basis
In accordance with internationally recognized standards NAS410 Rev5 (2020) and EN4179 Edition 6 (2020), the qualification assessment and certification of aerospace non-destructive testing (NDT) personnel are implemented, complying with the requirements of GB/T 36439. This certification applies to NDT practitioners engaged in international subcontracting, civil aircraft manufacturing, commercial aerospace, aviation equipment and aerospace equipment manufacturing sectors.
2. Examination Subjects and Content

Notes:
1. The Employer Requirement Examination shall be registered in accordance with the regulations of the applicant’s employer or customer, with relevant supporting documents submitted.
2. Applicants holding valid certificates issued by other official authorized institutions are exempted from the Theoretical Examination when applying for the same method and level.
3. The Basic Examination is only mandatory for first-time Level 3 certification applicants.
1. Recent front-facing bare-head color electronic photo (JPG format, within 1MB);
2. Color A4 PDF scanned copy of original identity document (both sides of the second-generation ID card, within 3MB);
3. Color A4 PDF scanned copy of academic certificate (within 3MB);
4. Vision certificate: Color A4 PDF scanned copy of near vision and color discrimination test report issued within the past 12 months (within 3MB). Applicants shall meet the vision requirements specified in NAS410/EN4179 with at least one eye (natural or corrected vision);
5. For certification examination: A4 PDF scanned copy of practical experience certificate (signed by Responsible Level 3 personnel). Practical experience shall fully meet the provisions of NAS410/EN4179;
6. For renewal examination: A4 PDF scanned copy of employment certificate (signed by Responsible Level 3 personnel), specifying no liability accidents, no major technical errors and continuous employment without significant interruption during the certificate validity period;
7. For Level 3 renewal via credit point system: Certificate of credit points and completion of eight specified tasks (signed by Responsible Level 3 personnel);
8. Theoretical Examination exemption application: Color PDF scanned copy of valid recognized professional certificate;
9. Basic Examination exemption application: Color PDF scanned copy of score report with a score of 80 or above.

4. Application Procedures & Instructions
1. Visit the official website of NANDTB-CN (http://www.nandtb.cn) to complete registration and login;
2. After logging in, click Personal Information on the navigation bar to complete, save and submit personal details;
3. Click Online Registration and select Certification Examination or Renewal Examination;
4. Fill in application information: Select the examination session and complete relevant registration details as required;
5. Submit the completed application form for preliminary qualification review by the Secretariat;
6. Unqualified applications will be returned. Applicants may revise and resubmit documents in accordance with review comments;
7. Upon qualification approval, download, stamp and upload the Preliminary Qualification Notice online;
8. Complete examination fee remittance in accordance with the amount stated on the Preliminary Qualification Notice;
9. After payment, log in to the official website, upload the remittance voucher and fill in invoicing information under the Invoicing Information section;
10. After payment confirmation by the Secretariat, applicants may print admission tickets online, completing the entire registration process;
11. Supplementary Examination: Results are valid for 6 months, with a maximum of 3 attempts.
5. Examination Fees & Invoicing (Training Fees Excluded)
1. Certification Examination (Chinese/English):
Level 1: ¥3,000 per method; Level 2: ¥4,000 per method; Level 3: ¥6,000 per method
2. Renewal Examination (Chinese/English):
Level 1: ¥2,000 per method; Level 2: ¥3,000 per method; Level 3: ¥5,000 per method
3. Additional Method Examination:
Level 1: ¥1,000 per method; Level 2: ¥2,000 per method; Level 3: ¥3,500 per method
4. Employer Requirement Examination (Chinese/English): ¥1,000 per item
5. Supplementary Examination (Make-up/Reissue): ¥500 per subject
Notes:
Accommodation and meals during the examination are arranged uniformly at the applicant’s own expense. Additional charges will apply for non-Chinese language examinations and special customized examinations.
Examination fees are collected and invoiced by Beijing Junyou Chengxin Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd., the affiliated institution of the Secretariat.

1. NANDTB-CN accredited training institutions provide three official training modes: on-site practical training, special tutoring and centralized training. Employers shall select appropriate training content and modes based on actual demands;
2. Applicants for Level 1, Level 2, renewal examination and supplementary examination are required to participate in centralized training organized by designated institutions;
3. All official training shall adopt NANDTB-CN approved training outlines, textbooks and standard specifications;
4. After passing qualification review, application information will be forwarded to designated training institutions, which will issue training notices, organize courses and arrange accommodation and meals;
5. Applicants must complete all training courses and obtain the Training Record Certificate (NA-406-F2) to attend the examination;

1. Ensure all online application information is accurately filled in for timely communication and arrangement;
2. Only applicants with approved qualification review and completed payment may attend the examination with the original admission ticket and ID card;
